Michael was professional and knowledgeable but what impressed me the most was how he took the time to interact with my 5yo son who was interested in everything he was doing. He could have been in a rush to get to the next home, which I would have understood, but he explained each step he was taking to repair our issues as well as how each tool worked. My son can't wait until the next time our AC needs servicing.
